NDNation Navy Postmortem

So glad I didn’t have the chance to watch this live. Kelly! The first sight of him at any game starts me to simmer. I usually slowly progress to a low boil, but my meds are not conducive to drinking. I live in an Irishman’s Hell. Regardless of the win, I still hate Brian Kelly. Kelly, FUCK YOU!

It matters not whether we love him or hate him; he’s paid handsomely to run a clean program, compete for national titles, and not embarrass the University. As far as I can tell, he’s essentially failed at all three. Yet, he unfathomably has an army of supporters scattered across the country (some of whom troll us here).

There have been several debates as to whether or not BK “deserves credit” for the job he’s done this year. Who gives a shit? Well, as Don Draper (from Mad Men) famously told an employee who didn’t feel he thanked her enough, “THAT’S WHAT THE MONEY’S FOR!” Brian Kelly only knows one speed, and it’s full-blown asshole.

If he gets us to 14-0 this year, perhaps I’ll reconsider my personal feelings. If ND shits the bed in November, then it is time to show Kelly the door. I will not talk about the “season” until it’s over. we will see what we are made of starting next week in my opinion. We have no reason to expect we can compete with serious teams. I’d be alot happier if I were an IU fan and 8-0.

The Peyton Manning/Brad Paisley insurance commercials are better than Kelly’s halftime adjustments. He’s trying to ruin book. Any bets on when the first rumblings of “Book just isn’t well suited to run this offense?” start appearing?

It is a poorly coached team. The kellylovers will guffaw and say “you idiot–we’re 8-0 blah blah blah.” ND is 8-0 in spite of that asshole. We’re living a lie. And that’s all I’m going to say about our season and coach to date.

can’t enjoy the inconsistent play each week. I certainly could not enjoy the Pitt game which we attended, until late in the 4th quarter. Celebrating an 8 and 0 team should feel fun and drama free. That is not how I feel about this team.

About the worst effort I’ve ever seen. My wife left the room. Apparently one of us was yelling too much. I remember at least three plays where we just pushed them. I’ve pushed out shits harder than that. Should probably eat some oatmeal.

Who gives a crap about the playoff rankings? We haven’t achieved any major goal yet this season. I think it all ends next week. ND is heading toward an iceberg at full speed. You are a wedge, the simplest of tools. we used to demand this sort of start every year, not circle jerk the handful of times it happens.

Morthwestern. Well you’re reputation for ‘arrogance’ is well earned. I elect and decide was is relevant to me & I post frely. I am not trying to be arrogant to you myself but we live in a FREE society. Free Form Jazz, writing improv etc is encouraged! Get the message. We’re not in the dark ages here in the USA! Most immigrants left Europe to escape the Inquisition.

Speaking of irrlevant or nonsensical. Just because you have $$$$$$ and power in the USA does not make you legitimate. Remeber that and remember me. ” Notre Dame” I have associates throughout the world who all credit my IQ in mensa catagory. I am a lifelong friends one of the most decorated Lt.
